What we were asked to do
The client approached Makena with a compact three-bedroom home in an established block. They needed a build that honoured the architectural intent down to the last detail — every fenestration line, every transition between materials, every sight-line from inside to out. The drawings had already been through plan examination; the brief was to build them as drawn, not as reinterpreted on site.
