How We
Build

Listen
On-site or virtual briefing. Site constraints, budget, timeline, the way you actually live. We design the brief before we draw the plan.

Design for compliance
Architectural plans drawn to SANS 10400-A through XA. Fenestration, daylight, ventilation, energy, glazing, fire — all sized on the page, not argued on site.

Quote from the plan
Fixed-fee quote from a complete plan. No allowances, no provisional sums, no "extras once we open the wall." What the plan says is what the quote says.

Build what we drew
The same hand that drew the plan is on site. No reinterpretation between drawing and construction. Weekly progress photos, monthly site meetings.

Keys + compliance pack
Final walkthrough, snag list, occupancy certificate, as-built drawings, fenestration schedule, and SANS 10400 compliance file. The build is the plan, with proof.
